Cooper

Cooper is the new addition to Bowers Harbor Vineyards, and taking over for Otis as the official greeter. Cooper is a Bernese Mountain dog. The wine we’ve created for him is a blend of Riesling and Chardonnay. This is a similar blend to Otis wine, but a touch sweeter. This wine has a nice floral nose with hints of fresh apple, low acidity, velvety texture, abundant fruit, sweetness that is not overbearing, and a clean smooth finish

Varietal Composition: 75% Riesling 25% Unwooded Chardonnay.

Cooper can be paired with a range of cuisine because of its subtle sweetness.

• Prosciutto with Figs and Melon.
• Sauteed Prawns, fingerling potatoes, asparagus, and a sweet pea cream.
• Bow tie pasta with peas, lemon and mint.
