Otis was the “Official” greeter at BHV. His loyalty to everyone who visits made him worthy of his own wine. The varietal composition is Chardonnay and Riesling. It has a nice floral nose with soft fruit flavors all the way through the finish. With no barrel aging, this wine is light, crisp, and delightful.
Otis is such a light style wine, it could be enjoyed on its own, or with
a lighter fare.
