We developed a fruity red wine using three varietals that are all French hybrids: de Chaunac, Chancellor, and Foch. This is a sweeter style red wine, with ample fruit, it is very smooth, and has a soft finish. It is a perfect wine for those of you who find most red wines too dry. This wine can be quite versatile with food. Because of
its sweetness, it can even be paired with dessert.
