Bill Maier
Chief Financial Officer
​Bill Maier is our to Chief Financial Officer. Bill spent 25 years in the banking industry and has extensive experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, sales, budgeting, project management, and other activities focused on increasing market share and profitability. After many years of vacationing in the area, Bill and his wife, Nicole, made the decision to relocate to Traverse City in 2014 from the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago to pursue their passion in the wine industry.
In addition to working at Bowers Harbor Vineyards, Bill is also passionate about animal welfare. He is currently Vice President of the Cherryland Humane Society board and chairs the organization’s Fund Development Committee.
