Restaurant Week Wine Dinner with Danu Hof

Ohhhh, are you in for a treat! We've partnered with our good friends over at Danu Hof for two spectacular wine dinners during Traverse City's Restaurant Week. Both dinners will take place in our brand-new Wine Library, starting at 6:30 pm on Thursday, Feb. 27th and Saturday, Feb. 29th. The tickets are $35/person + tax. We will also have a white wine flight or a red wine flight for you to choose from on the night of the event, for an additional $15/person + tax. We truly hope to see you there as this will be an intimate (max of 24 guests each night!), delicious affair to remember. First Course:

Locally grown micro salad greens with thistle honey and herb vinaigrette

Pleasanton baked bread with local honey butter

Second Course:

Flynn's Orchard Honeycrisp apple braised pork shoulder stuffed ravioli with sage and smoked butter

GF/Vegetarian Option: Roasted root vegetable Terrine with a local tomato coulis: layers of turnip, rutabaga, parsnips, tricolor carrots, farm herbs, and parmesan cheese

Palate Cleanser:

Intermezzo: Bowers Harbor Vineyards Sparkling Riesling, Stonehouse and fresh ginger shaved ice

Third Course:

Devilishly moist chocolate cake with caramel espresso buttercream and locally handcrafted chocolate twirls
