Produced with an assemblage of grapes from hand-selected vineyards exclusively on Old Mission Peninsula, these grapes enjoy the tempering influence of growing on a small peninsula completely surrounded by Lake Michigan waters. Harvested on October 25 of 2018, these grapes were bursting with the classic spicy notes of white pepper, which translates into a truly singular experience on the palate.
