Made with the traditional Methode Champenoise, this sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and displays bright Granny Smith apple flavors complete with a touch of pizza dough creaminess on the finish.  Our Blanc de Blanc Cuvèe Evan is fermented in the bottle and aged several years before we release it for sale in our tasting room. This wine is produced from grapes from our Block I vineyard which was home to horses when our estate was a gentlemen’s farm.
