The wines this quarter are:

2023 RLS Chardonnay

Cool-climate Chardonnay expresses lean citrus, pear and green apple notes. These grapes are harvested early in the fall season, when they have significant acidity. Chardonnay can thrive in virtually any wine-producing region, making it the world’s most-planted white varietal. Lovely notes of Honey Crisp apple, toasted walnuts, and popcorn butter on the nose.

2023 Claret Wind Whistle

Our Claret is a blend of 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Merlot grown in the Wind Whistle Vineyard. Wind Whistle Vineyard is situated less than a mile from Lake Michigan and boasts sandy soil and all day sun exposure. In addition to growing in the ideal location, these vines are meticulously manicured, hand hedged, leaf picked and hand harvested. These sun ripened grapes produce flavors of black cherries and red raspberries. By aging our Claret in French Oak barrels, we enhance the natural spices of cinnamon and black pepper, creating balance and complexity.

2023 Cooper White Wine

Cooper was our second official tasting room mascot and greeter. Our laid back, fun loving Bernese Mountain dog enjoyed the special attention he received from our tasting room guests. This sweet white wine blend pairs well with Cooper’s favorite food, cheese! Serve chilled and enjoy the refreshing melon and apple flavors.

Key Dates to Keep in Mind:

June 1- July 5th – Early pick up & customization period for July 2026 quarter.

July 5th – Last day to customize your order or to switch from ship to pick up.

July 6th – Your card will be charged. Cut off for any refunds and recharges is 2pm.

July 7th & 8th – Orders are being shipped (MLCC law requires someone 21 years or older to sign for the wine).

You will have 2 quarters to pick up your wine before we ship it to you!
January 2026 wines that have not been picked up will ship out in July 2026.
