Todd has a business degree from Michigan State University and will bring to BHV his experience with providing high level customer service as well as wine club sales support. With his thirst to learn even more about wines and viticulture, he hopes to also train and work with BHV staff to reach new levels of wine knowledge and customer service.
Todd very much enjoys interacting with customers and will frequently be overheard flaunting the infamous Michigan State vs. Michigan rivalry (in the friendliest of ways). Both staff and customers are encouraged to seek him out and engage together to learn more about the incredible wine industry that has developed in the beautiful Grand Traverse region and how BHV plays such a significant role.
