If you joined online the 1st order will arrive around the 25th of the month of the corresponding quarter (i.e. if you joined in November you can expect an order around January 25th). Wine Club orders are done quarterly: January, April, July and October.

We ship four times per year, once every quarter. Pick-up club members, we require you pick up your wines four times per year, once every quarter. You can ALWAYS buy more wine throughout the year and you will receive your discount on all additional wines and clothing.

Does someone need to be available to sign for my wine delivered by UPS?
Yes, UPS requires someone over 21 years of age to sign for the wine. Wine can be shipped to a business address if that is the best option for you.

No, alcohol cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
If we ship your wine to you and your wine is damaged in transit, please call or email us immediately. Our wines are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. If your shipment is deemed "undeliverable" by the carrier, your wine will be returned to the Winery and a reship fee will apply.
