Are there sign-up fees associated with joining the wine club?

No

What are my Wine Club benefits?

I just joined. When will my first shipment arrive?

If you joined while visiting our tasting room, you took home the first quarter order while you were here. 

If you joined online the 1st order will arrive around the 2nd week of the month of the corresponding quarter (i.e. if you joined in November you can expect an order in early January). Wine Club orders are done quarterly: January, April, July and October.

I signed up for Wine Club while I was at the winery, what happens next?

We will process your Wine Club application and send you a Welcome Email. If you do not receive this email please contact our club administrator at wineclub@bowersharbor.com or call 231-223-7633 so we can verify your email address.

How do I access and edit my account? 

 

From this page, you will click the Login in the top right corner. Then once logged in, you will select the “Hello YOUR NAME" in the top right corner. This will bring you to your profile, where you are able to update billing & shipping addresses, credit card on file, see your order history and update your club order customization.  Just be sure to submit your changes!

 
How many times per year do you ship my wines or can I pick up my wine?

The wine club operates on a quarterly basis. Every 3 months you can have your wine shipped to you or set aside for quick pick-up.

Can I customize my order?

Yes, our Wine Club is customizable. Long in here and select edit club.  The Club List for the current Quarter will only be accessible the month prior to Processing. ie. You will be able to edit your January Club list in December, your April Club List in March, your July Club List in June & your October Club List in September.

How do I remain a Wine Club member?

Memberships do not expire, please let us know if you need to cancel your membership. Email wineclub@bowersharbor.com

May I order wines outside of my club shipments, or re-order wines that were in a club shipment?

Yes, club level discounts are applied to any additional orders.

May I order wines as a gift?

Yes, please visit /Shop/All-Wine

Wine Club members will receive their discount on wines that are purchased as gifts.

How do I change the shipment address of my wines?

Please login here to change to shipment information.

If I am going to be visiting Traverse City can I change my order to be picked up instead of shipped?

Yes, if you need to change the status of your order please contact our club administrator at wineclub@bowersharbor.com.

How do I make a reservation for Inside as a Wine Club Member?

You will need to create an account at Exploretock.com using the same email address we have on file for your club membership.  Then once logged into Tock, you will be able to book your reservation for the Exclusive Indoor Wine Club lounge.  

Does someone need to be available to sign for my wine delivered by UPS?

Yes, UPS requires someone over 21 years of age to sign for the wine. Wine can be shipped to a business address, or a nearby UPS facility if that is the best option for you.

Whom do I contact about my Wine Club questions?

Is there a cancellation fee?

A $50 cancellation fee will be applied if you have been a wine club for less than one year.

I cancelled and now want to re-join the Wine Club, what steps do I need to take?

Can my family/friends pick up my order?

Yes, family members can pick up the orders. Please arrange with us by emailing wineclub@bowersharbor.com or calling 231-223-7633.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No, alcohol cannot be shipped to a PO Box.

What is your return policy?

If we ship your wine to you and your wine is damaged in transit, please call or email us immediately.  Our wines are guaranteed to arrive in good condition.  If your shipment is deemed "undeliverable" by the carrier, your wine will be returned to the Winery and a reship fee will apply.

How long do I have to pick up my order?  

We will store your wine for pick up for 2 quarters or about 8 Months.  If your order is still in our warehouse after 2 quarters we will get in touch to let you know we will be shipping it to your address on file.  Shipping charges will apply.
