In the SPIRIT of Oktoberfest, it's time to gather with friends, raise your mason jars full of Spirit Cider and...hold them out in front of you for as long as you can. It's also time to kick off Fall with us for our first-ever Spirit Cider Dining in the Vines! The evening we have planned for you will be a kick-back, relaxed night full of laughs, AMAZING food and top-notch cider. There may be some surprises (and prizes) happening too 😉.
The German-inspired menu below was Chef Larry’s inspiration and the food will be expertly paired with our crisp, clean and quality hard ciders. We are BEYOND EXCITED to have Chef Larry join us for this special edition of Dining in the Vines. He has worked in the Traverse City area for the last 20 years, most recently at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa, and is now the Co-Owner/Executive Chef at Danu Hof!

Just a little about the Danu Hof farm, directly from Chef Larry:
"Our Farm was established in October of 2017, we are taking our passion for food one step further by owning our own farm and getting to the roots of food by growing and raising great ingredients. We currently have pigs, laying hens and bees as well as fields which include a large variety of vegetable.
Our Mission is to revitalize an old farm and build a relationship reconnecting the farm to the local community. We are committed to offer diverse products and opportunities. Including products produced and raised on Danu Hof and products locally sourced from other local farms and artisans. With a focus of land and environmental stewardship based on ethical practices and to add value and growth to the local economy."
