Made with the traditional Methode Champenoise, our Blanc de Blanc, Cuvèe Evan is fermented in the bottle and aged several years before we release it for sale in our tasting room. This wine is produced from 100% Chardonnay in our Block I vineyard which was home to horses when our estate was a gentlemen’s farm. Bright Granny Smith apple flavors burst on your palate, complete with a touch of pizza dough creaminess on the finish.
