Our newest sparkling creation has aromas of pear with raspberry, strawberry, and tropical fruit notes. Made with the traditional Methode Champenoise, this extra dry Blanc de Noir is made using juice from the initial ("Heads") and second ("Tailles") pressing of the grapes.
This remarkable sparkling wine embodies the 20+ year creative partnership between our proprietor, Spencer Stegenga, and one of our winemakers, Bryan Ulbrich. This small batch cuvee represents the best of partnership, experience, and symmetry. Enjoy!
